SPRING HILL, Fla. (October 8, 2020) – Executive Director Avi Elias at The Residence at Timber Pines located in Spring Hill, Fla., has been named the Administrator of the Year by the Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA) for his leadership efforts to improve the lives of residents through quality care and personalized services.
The FALA Administrator of the Year Award recognizes leaders who display exceptional acts of service and commitment to the residents and staff members in their community.

The Florida Assisted Living Association was established over 25 years ago and is the oldest assisted living association in the state. It was founded by individuals who represent the owners and operators of assisted living facilities and adult family care homes in Florida. The FALA’s vision is to advance the quality of services and professional support for its members as well as ensure the well-being of Florida’s senior residents in assisted living communities.
